He asked for 5 yuan as moral cost doesn't mean that his morality is only worth 5 yuan. He is better than those who picked other people's wallets and didn't return them to the owners. By the way, I have heard this many times: those who lost some valuables promised to reward those who picked their valuables but didn't keep their words. What do you think of them?
