One of the provison is "Buy American", referring to the requirement for the companies to use US steel and products in projects by the bill. This provision has caused disputes in the international community. EU has shown great concern about this. If the USA really plan to issue "Buy American" provision, EU will consider launching trade litigation against the USA. Meantime, it warns that this provision might force other countries to take protectionist measures. So far, this bill hasn't been passed by the Senate. Do you think the USA should take "Buy American" policy?
