GUEST07192 Yes - the halogen oven is every bit as wonderful as these (and other) reviews appear to suggest it is. BUT beware before taking the plunge and buying one of these. My own 1300 Watt version (Ex Coopers of Stortford) appears to have suffered a failure of the halogen lamp. I have searched endlessly to find a replacement - with no success. It would appear that even if I were to source a replacement, the fitting of this is not something to be undertaken by the consumer, my own cursory assessment suggests a complete disassembly of the lid to be able to effect a removal and replacement.
I have found straight versions of 1300 watt halogen lamps at around £40 - £50 I dread to think what a circular version might cost.
If anyone can point me in the right direction to obtaining a replacement lamp at a reasonable price I would be grateful.
