The governmental statistics reveals that around 50000 overseas graduates got back to China, an increase of 6000 people from the year before. It is estimated that more and more overseas graduates will come back to the China since its economy is developing steadily and fast. Another factor is the global financial crisis. Many people have lost their jobs. In the meantime, China is in need of these elites so the government encourage its corps to recruit these skilled overseas Chinese. PANADA, lots of my Chinese friends and my family don't belong to ''these elites'' and are realizing that we are not that competitative any more , so they decide they won't be back until retirement.
