But it is also dangerous, especially having your wedding ceremony in a place where you can not understand what the locals speak. A Swiss couple had their wedding at the Vilu Reef Beach and Spa Resort in Maldives. The employees at the resort performed a spiritual service in their native Dhivehi tongue. They took this opportunity to abuse the couple calling them ‘infidel’ and ‘swine’ and declaring their marriage 'illegal'. However, the couple couldn’t understand what they were talking about. Tip: Next time you go abroad to hold your wedding ceremony, better bring an interpreter with you. Thus, you won't get yourself humiliated.
