I have ordered something from a seller.
I made a payment with PayPal.
The seller sent me the EMS Tracking number that is EE633512065CN , seller said that you can track the item in two days.
But it is a week now but still when I checked it on ems tracking, it says that "no information found for this tracking number".
So I contacted seller and he confirm with his agent in shenzhen. said everything is allright, but he either can't find the tracking information on ems website too.
How can I find it out the informaiton?
I have called EMS in china and the woman on the phone checked it for me and she can't find out any details for this track number on their system too.
So what should I do?
Please help me.

Is the seller reliable? Some damned sellers cheated their clients by sending them wrong or faked EMS tracking numbers after they got the money.

GUESTGUEST59160 Seller sent me the Airway bill as well.
But in that airway bill the posting date was not mensioned.
And in address he put some chinese wordings as well as the item details.
And the destination address that is my address.

But when I asked seller that why there is no details of sellers company details and posting date on airway bill then he replied that it is not important for airway bill.

What should I do????

GUEST34206 Same problem. I was given an EMS tracking number EE594665765CN over a week ago. When I try to track on various EMS sites, it asks of a verification code. There is a code listed near the question. I enter the code along with my tracking number and it just leads me back to asking for another verification code again and again.

How can I track my package?

Your package arrived on Jan.13, 09:24. But it wasn't sent out. I do not know why. Here is the place: USA 33069
