This is the big problem. Last two days, I stayed at a hospital to take care of a patient. When I went to the dining hall to buy lunch, I saw many patients in their fifties or sixties. They never queued up to buy lunch. Instead, they swarmed at the window and asked the chef to pour porridge in their lunch boxes.

At that moment, I felt like that they weren't sick. If they suffer serious illness, how could they be so strong to elbow others in order to buy food?
