I think that those who engage in train tickets sales should give a promise. Just like "genuine offered free of charge in case of any one counterfeit found". However, there are some people who are still suspicious. No matter how the seller says (even what they say is true), they believe what they say is not true. Buying online is risky. As a consumer, we can just choose a reliable agent to do it for us. How to choose a reliable agent is another problem. |

| as i heard that there is a problem buying train ticket in china. most of the chinese they can not speak english so we also have the problem of communication so i will buy my train ticket in affordable price with the person who can speak english perfectly. |

| GUESTPLEASE ... | Where can I report Chinese police illegal seller of Chinese train tickets? There is Australian couple Helen and Jeremy asking 10USD for illegal booking of ticket and they are even writing on their website they sold 1000 tickets (FAQ 4th question), so they illegaly earned 10000USD in China while probably staying on illegal visa. I wish good luck to legal travel agencies like Travel China Guide, this website helped me lot of times and I would prefer to pay money to real travel agency with license instead of some couple of australian cheaters. |

| i think USD10 is too expensive... almost 1/3 the price of the hard seat. they should just charge standard usd2 or usd3 as pal. by buying tickets for 3 persons kunming to dali =usd30 dali to lijang = usd30 lijang to kunming = usd30 TOTAL : USD90.. for service fee ????? |
