![]() | A lady buys an apartment on the first floor. According to the contract with the real estate developer, she owns the front and back gardens around her apartment. Recently, she has been driven crazy by her upstairs neighbors. Her upstairs neighbors throw trashes randomly from their homes. Her gardens are full of used toilet paper, cigarette butts, babies’ waste, toothbrushes, fruit skins, sanitary towels etc… She has talked to her neighbors many times. However, they don’t stop throwing trashes outside of their windows. She also asks help from the property management company in her community. It doesn’t work. She is despaired and realizes that her neighbors won’t change their habits. Therefore, she equips a loud speaker and a camera outside of her apartment to swear at those who throw trashes randomly and record videos as evidence. She plans to sue her neighbors and asks for compensation. Unfortunately, her lawyer tells her that it’s difficult to ask for compensation. |
