I have a very urgent question about business travel allowances in China.

Can anyone be so kind as to tell me if in China, employees that go on business trips receive per diems from their company (meal allowance, lodging)?

You wouldn't happen to know if there are rules that companies have to follow in paying travel daily expenses (rates, maximum amounts for meals...)
