vapours from a dim sum

a vapoured dish - thick vermicellie roll topped with with minced meat and preserved vegetables - from a village of a certain 'Chan' clan i heard - at a Guangzhou restaurant, a dish we couldnt find in Hong Kong.

it's again a Sunday morning, we are about to go yum cha as usual!
