Making peanut candy spring rolls

Lady shaving peanut brittle candy. -- then taking the shreds and putting them into a soft spring roll wrapping with fresh coriander leaves. It's a peanut snack that might have originated in Taiwan, but is now served on Gulangyu Island, across from Xiamen.
