Xidi Village and Hongcun Village

Xidi Village is located in the southeastern part of Yixian County. Among 300 Ming and Qing dynasty residences, there are 124 are well preserved. The village has been praised by architects as one of the best preserved old-time houses and as one of the most beautiful villages in the world. Hongcun Village is about 11 km from the county town of Yixian County. Hongcun is famous for its enchanting mountains and waters. The shape of this village is just like an ox lying leisurely beside a stream in front of a mountain.
Both of the two villages were added to the World Cultural Heritage List in 2000.

airport taxis

Generally the beijing airport taxi system is chaotic as taxis can refuse you and are small in size.so if you have large luggage you will have to take a black taxi ( fare slightly more).
My experience is that most fares from the airport of any city in china to its downtown destination should not be more than Y120.
If the taxi does not drop you at the entrance of your hotel for whatever reason, a scam is about to happen and always insist on taxi receipts from the meter - useful in getting a refund when you report to the police

kaili guizhou is home of festival land ,there's more than 138 festivals around a year,most festivals are celebrate by miao and done villager.here's the coming up in july.
harvest festival july 14th xijiang (the largest miao village in the world)
dragon boat festival 15th shidong a miao village
liuyueliu festival july 22th zhaoxing (a beautifull tradition dong village)
