itenerary to hongkong

hi! im christine,me and my family will visit hongkong on january 14,2011 to january 18, 2011..our arrival is 7:40 am..we stay at rambler hotel for four days with my kids..5 years old n 7 years old..we plan to visit disneyland and oceanpark and of course other shopping places,,can you please send me itenerary..i really appreciate it!!thank you so much

Change money

If you walk to HK from Shenzhen just on your foot, exchange money at China side in some of small exchange points. At June 2010 they exchange 100 RMB for 114 HKD without any fees. At same time HK exchange take 50 HKD fee in most place and give only 104 HKD for 100 RMB in better case.

Night Markets

If you a great shopper, then you should definitely go to the night markets. I've been to two: the ladies' market and the temple market. If you want to buy craft, paintings, then you should go to the temple market. If you want to buy clothes, shoes, hand bags, then you should go to ladies' market. Make sure that you bargain with the shop owners! If they don't bargain with you, or if they don't want to lower their price, pretend to walk away... they will call you back and give you the price you asked for!! hehhe!! A smile does help when you bargain with the shop owners!

Buyer Beware

In Hong Kong and I'm know there are alot of stores like this but this one is the worst yet. Union Digital World in Kowloon on the corner of Chatham Road South and Cameron. Went in there to see if I could get a deal on a sony camera. I sure got a deal. This guy Toni tries the old bait an switch but with a lessor prodct. Tried to sell me a counterfeit Fuji A310 for DOUBLE the retail price. After doing a little more looking, I niticed alot of the products were that way and some damaged or defective. SO BUYER BEWARE. KNow what your looking for before you go in. Or if your in for a good laugh, stop in and say hi to Tony or Bee for me.
