When you send package via express company, you will receive a receipt. If the seller did send your package, it will not be difficult for him to show you the receipt. If he refuses to offer it, you can refuse to pay the money too. I guess that he will sue you on Taobao.com. It is ok because Taobao will deal with it.

For tools , u may go to guangfo hardware city or just tianpingjia building materail and nanan road building materails wholesale markets which are both located in downtown guangzhou city areas . No direct bus from Baoan airport to Yongchun. Take No.330 airport bus (CNY20) to West Square of SHenzhen Railway Station and then walk to Qiaoshe Bus Station. There you can take bus to Yongchun.
