Seems to me that in China they have some kind of bureau for almost everything.
Nevertheless, to prevent corruption is important especially for them, who don´t have money enough to pay to have service.
It is a well known trueth that in countries, where corruption is a way to manage inside bureaucracy, poor people are practically without human rights compared to others.

Any step towards non-corrupted bureaucracy is welcome. Let´s hope this attend leads to real action against corruption.

It is very hard to get rid of corruption and of course it exists to some extent in all countries. The first hurdle is that the Bureau must itself stay free of corruption! It must establish free and open proecdures preferably based on ISO standards. In any case it should make all its committee meetings and papers that get past an initial stage, open to the public. It will then be in a position to lead by example and demand the same from other government bodies and businesses.

I forgot to add some examples An important start is that all staff at all levels must be prohibited from receiving any gifts, and that includes what seem trivial items like mooncakes, or the acceptance of the use of a car and so on. All non salary items provided to staff by the Bureau mut be documented and open to view by the public

Yeah, very good ways to prevent corruption, since little drops can meet a river. Apault, I think you will be a good "pulic servant" if you work in Corruption Prevention Bureau either in China or Australia.
