I have the same problem with Uniquelee Travel Agency!
Unfortunately I have see too late this forum. I have paid for the flight than for a bank account then for a hospital bill and now she will held by the custom office in airport because smuggling.

Can you tell me, how the story have ended by you?

GUEST67103 Unless she wins the US green card lottery or is invited to work in the US by a company the only way would be for her to marry a US citizen. She can either marry him in China and apply for a visa as his wife, or apply for a fianceƩ visa and marry in the US. Either way you will need to prove that you have a genuine relationship/marriage by providing evidence that you have met several times, photographs, receipts, travel documents etc. Without these US immigration will suspect that your marriage is one of "convenience" (ie simply a way for her to get a green card)
