She can either marry him in China and apply for a visa as his wife, or apply for a fianceé visa and marry in the US. Either way you will need to prove that you have a genuine relationship/marriage by providing evidence that you have met several times, photographs, receipts, travel documents etc. Without these US immigration will suspect that your marriage is one of "convenience" (ie simply a way for her to get a green card) |
