Four Chinese tourists took Air Asia’s flight from Bangkok to Nanjing on December 11, 2014. Two of them behaved very rudely on the airplane. A young man claimed that he would bomb the airplane and his girlfriend poured hot water on the flight attendant’s back. Because of their rude behavior, the airplane was forced to fly back to Bangkok. Eventually, the above two passengers compensated the flight attendant THB 50000. Besides, they were fined THB 500 in all for disturbing the public order. Because they joined a group tour, the travel agency who organized the group tour was criticized by local tourism administration. The team leader’s license is suspended for a year. However, the four Chinese tourists were punished lightly. Their bad behavior is recorded in their credit reports. Do you think the travel agency should be responsible for tourists' uncivilized behavior?

GUEST13310	I dont think travel agencies should be responsible for tourist's bad behaviour.This is because the agency responsibility is to take them round historic sites but not to go deep into their heart and dictate to them what to do or what to say. I believe tourist must take full responsibility of their behavior. suwaiba
