Established by the prominent Taiwanese merchant Cai Chennan, this large shopping center has a full range of services and facilities such as shopping, dining, entertainment and sightseeing. Two gigantic towers form an open-air plaza resembling a Roman colosseum. The west tower has department stores and brand name fashion boutiques, while the east tower throngs with restaurants and pubs.
