Humans dare eat whatever they like. I feel pity for this poor hedgehog.

Right after I moved to China, I was so surprised people ate bullfrogs. I knew then that people ate deep fried legs of small frogs, but not huge bullfrogs with the skin, torso, and all. The fact that the waitresses showed you the frog before they cooked them did not help either. Anyway, I have never been the picky type, so I tried the dish. Guess what? I loved it and would eat bullfrog anytime.
Will I eat hedgehog? Bring 'em on! Just tell the waitress not to show me the poor critter before it's been cleaned and cooked. =P

I'll try just anything once.
I wanted to eat scorpions and dog on my last two trips to China, but my gal avoids letting me do that. She doesn't understand I see eating as part of the adventure going to a new place. :-)
