The Texas Cafe in Urumqi | Urumqi | Apr 2, 2007 12:33
There is a great little Tex-Mex restaurant owned by expats in Urumqi called The Texas Cafe. Its on a bustling back alley with a grapevine covered pavilion and awesome food.
