Kaifeng Palace - The city of Kaifeng is an ancient capital of five ancient dynasties from 907 to 1127 A.D. The latest dynasty was the Northern Song Dynasty. The city of Kaifeng is now some 53 feet below the bottom of the Yellow River. Not a good place to be in a flood. There is a FAKE lake near the old palace.

It was the capital of the Later Liang Dynasty from 907 to 923 A.D., the Later Jin Dynasty from 936 to 946 A.D., the Later Han Dynasty from 951 to 960 A.D., the Later Zhou Dynasty from 951 to 960 A.D., the Northern Song Dynasty from 960 to 1127 A.D.
