The Bin Yuan service apartments are several floors of the back side of the Heng Sheng Peninsula (sp?) Hotel on the corner of Wusong and Wuchang rd. If you need high speed internet, washing machine, kitchen, etc., good view of Shanghai and would like to be near the Bund (10 minutes walk), check it out.
Go thru the Heng Sheng reception elevator area and take two rights until you come to the back elevator. Go to the reception on the 16th floor. Prices are from 45/65 night with 3 room sizes. The rooms are relatively clean and service is friendly and helpful. There are 7/11s, nice restaurants within a block or two. You can stay for a few days or a few weeks. This is my 3rd stay here.
