On the 24th Feb Friday 2pm, from World Expo 世博園區國展咚1099號{南門) to 南京西路恆隆中心,
this taxi driver ask for $120.00 BX3637, fare should be less than $40.00, so we get out of this Taxi & get another
Taxi, it only cost us $40.00, been complain to 12319, 12315 & 12358 no one responed for my complain ?
For a international City, Shanghai Bad Taxi or Black car everywhere, Shame !
Any department respone for my complain .
