Content that must be included in the address of a parcel from the U.S. to China

guest10737 I am following U.S. Postal Service guidelines, which I have dissected thoroughly and seem fairly clear on how to properly address a parcel going from the U.S. to China. The guidelines clearly state that the address must contain a Post Code and House Number and Street address or Box Number. However, the person I am dealing with has provided the street name, but no House Number, and has provided no Post Code. The person also provided a phone number and stated that the parcel should get there with the information provided, but I am suspicious. I am concerned that the person may be a scammer who is omitting necessary information?
