It is also a nice experience to walk the back streets in Xiamen City. You feel safe even at 10 in the evening. Most salespeople are patient and accomodating. And the merchandise quality is of high quality.choosing a hotel | Xiamen | May 2, 2005 14:14
My choice is a middle class (3 star) hotel. This time I chose Xiamen Plaza which is along major transportation routes and next to a bus terminal and a popular shopping center with exciting fast foods and Walmart. The manager-Ms. Sue is also English speaking.- Travel Journals by ELSA (1)

At Gulangyu, Sichuang Garden(garden by the sea),There is the hill with 12 caves and it is a maze(horizontal and also vertical) built with stone and mortar. Many people laughed and enjoyed being inside it and watching other people inside it. And there is this Piano Museum where there are rare Pianolas (auto playing) and kiddie size pianos. They even have a 90 degree corner piano too!
