As I sit in my Hotel Room at the 5 star Marriott Hotel, I can’t believe the efficiency of this City. We have just endured the largest snowstorm in the region since 1951. As I look out my window Snow plows are cleaning the streets at record pace. My wife who is From the North, Harbin and I are on our way to Beijing just 24 hours after the storm. In all my travels you can not judge a City by the good times but can only judge them under adversity. This will tell the tale of how the city operates. I can assure you that there are thousands of volunteers with shovels in hand and everyone is working together to get this City back in operation The city has such a charm that Shaoping and I will be back. As you exit the Airport you get the feeling that you have entered a dream land. Our trips included a day trip to the Yujing Mountain Water Caves. The most spectacular sight I have encountered in all my travels. The Hun River that runs through the center of the city is so beautiful. There are all amenities in the city that includes stores such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Beverly Hills Polo Club. The prices in this city are truly amazing that you can afford to shop in the high end stores and feel like you have just taken advantage of somebody. I would recommend this city and this hotel in particular to any traveler in any budget range. Believe me I am a seasoned traveler with millions of miles of experience, And I have just experienced the jewel of China, Shenyang
