Rent a Van to Badaling Great Wall

We rented a Van going to Badaling Great Wall and they charged us for RMB 1,300.00. The driver picked us up from the hotel located in Xidan North Ave. then we proceeded to Ming Tombs for our 1st stopped and thereafter we went to the Great Wall. Do you think this cost us much? But we are thankful to the driver for driving us safe and dropped us very near to the entrance about 50meters. Actually, it's very very traffic as we approached the Badaling Great Wall and we saw hundreds and hundreds of people walking on the road just to reach the entrance of about 1km. i think...i'm not sure but it's a little bit far from the entrance. But our driver was able to manage by overtaking those less than a hundred of buses and other vehicles, it was pretty much a good idea otherwise we will also walked more than 1km. just to reach the entrance. lol... It's summer and the climate is not so good for a long walked. It's worth more than a RMB1,300 as we saw the magnificent GREAT WALL!!!
