A healthy snack or a work of art ??

In southern China, with its sub-tropical climate, there abounds most every fruit (and vegetable) we know and enjoy. At most restaurants in Nanning, this palate pleaser and work of art, may be had for only about $2.50 US. Compare this to some of the pitiful fruit bowls you may encounter in an average American restaurant and at a very high cost!! :) :)
