Beef Steak Canton Style Presentation

Even in China, a westerner can find a quality beef steak for a very modest price. Many large restaurants have a selection of beef from the USA, NZ and AU. I love the fine Cantonese cuisine of Guangzhou, but at least once, each week, I needed my grilled steak !!
