Wood Fire Roasted Lamb

This very large restaurant (Yun Hai Ge) in the Huadu District of Guangzhou, is one of my favorites for a variety of tasty Chinese dishes. Here the friendly chef tends to the roasting of racks of spiced lamb, over a hard wood fire. This restaurant offers a large variety of fresh fish and other seafood and roasted meats, at a modest price, with plenty of seating and great service.
