I have words to come out with,I have been there before,haha.
In summer,there are lots of people sitting on the chair near the yellow river bank,they have fun by playing cards and enjoy with the yellow river view.If it's windy,you can fly a kite,there are various kites selled,you can chose one you like or bring the one maked by yourself.one of them is maked by a line of smaller kites,when it's flying,dancing in the sky,very beautiful.
