looking at how you eat, reminds me when i was in Hangzhou. Ate Beggar Chicken and Su DongPo meat and i consumed a lot of fat with added cholestrol. Put on weight and i have a spare bicycle tyre around my tummy now.God bless, I'll be in Beijing in mid-November 2006, the Peking Duck....mmmm! My tummy will be upgraded to a car tyre by then. Age is catching up with me... a 45 year old man but hey!.. I still hv a 20 yr old mind and heart?(I hope...). |
