Yak Butter Tea at Sera Monastery

Both are good friends since childhood. When they meet from time to time they enjoy exchanging news with a good cup of Yak Butter Tea. Salt, Yak Butter and normal Tea - some people say the only thing worse than hot Yak Butter Tea is cold Yak Butter Tea. BUT I like it very much and recommend it to every traveller as a great drink!

I've had yak butter in milk tea. If it's anything like your drink, eww! I cannot take the flavor. I prefer a cuppa good, old, plain milk tea anyday. :)
