The old Baiyun Airport

For those of you who have traveled to Guangzhou in years past, you will remember the old Baiyun Airport in downtown Guangzhou. It was replaced two years ago by the beautiful and ultra modern Baiyun International Airport in the Guangzhou suburb of Huadu. In this photo, the old International Terminal is to the right and the former Domestic Terminal is to the left. In years past, the traffic lanes in front of the terminals, were jammed with taxis, buses and autos, filled with travelers flying in or out of this metropolitan city.
