Street Food Shao Ping - Baked pancakes

I've tried all kinds of street foods wherever I go. Some are really delicious while some others are well... not suitable for foreign palates. But I can tell you, shao ping is just delicious!!....like the Indian naan, wow!! especially the garlic naan...heavenly!

Translated I think he told us it is Hot Biscuits or Hot Cakes. The biscuit/cake is fluffy and he slit it open and spread with some herbs and sauce. Taste great. For the baking, he just stick the item at the side of the cemented wall. I will add another close-up picture.
