This is how they serve it in the restaurant

The dish is basically roasted meat and rice and some green beans. if you see closely, you can the roast sparrow or pigeon. It taste great, especially during winter season. The spoons are there just for some clumsy eaters or folks with dirty finger nails.

i am not sure if you can find it guangdong. it is not even available in kunming, as far as i know.
