Harbin's Icelights festival

The International Snow and Ice Festival draws many foreigners and Chinese and is worth the frigid weather. Open during the Chinese New Year, officially opens around the 4th of Jan. but can be seen earlier for a reduced price, but all of the scuptures or buildings may not be complete. Very beautiful.
