4. sugars and small gifts such as pencils for children when you visiting locals, you'll be more popular. But do not give money to children beggars especilly near resorts, if you give one, you'll be surounded by a group.
oh...Visa maybe not so convinient except Lahsa. But generally speaking, tourists will eager to travel circumjacent counties in their Lahsa trip.
