As an investor of a state-encouraged foreign-funded enterprise, a Letter of Confirmation on the Foreign Investment Projects encouraged by the state is to be presented. 
VII. To submit the applicant’s duty paid proof; 
For family members accompanied of the above personnel, their valid passports and visas, as well as document on their kinship relation are to be presented. For instance, marriage certificate is needed if the applicant is a spouse of the above mentioned personnel; for his or her unmarried child(ren) under 18 years of age, the child(ren)’s birth certificates or certificate on parent-child relation should be presented; if it is of adoptive relation, a document on the adoption is to be presented. 
 
Procedures and time limit for processing the application 
 
With complete application materials, the application is to be handled and wound up within 6 months. 
 
Charging standard and its basis 
 
I. Fee for accepting the application: 1500RMB;

II. Fee for a Permanent Residence Permit for Aliens: 300RMB;
