I have an apartment available to rent for Olympic Games audiences. This is my own apartment, which has 1 bedroom with small and beautiful living room, 1 Bathroom; 1 Kitchen, 1balcony, and total 45 sq.m.

It is a top grade rooming house in the HomeField of Beijing’s Olympics. Structure: 14 / 22 floors of the No.2 tower building. The pictures of the apartment are attached in the following.

Furniture: air condition, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, internet broadband, phone and security service. Good decoration and equipped with all electronics and facilities. You can live without any special preparation including all of bedding.

Location: The north of the triumphal city in the Olympic Village with No.220 of the DaTun street, very near to Bird Nest Center, 5 minuts walking to Olympics Park, 100 meters to No.5 subway station, beside the Media Village. 30-minute drive to the Capital international Airport in Beijing.

All kinds of restaurants are around the apartment building with various types of Chinese food.

Rental: 120USD/night, 1800USD/month under discussion.
