Whatever happens in the field the coach is always responsible. He decides how the team should play. One very big difference between bb- or hockey coach to football (soccer) coach is that they have much possibilities to change tactics during match. What comes to possible move to some other team for Yao, there are many things he must think about. Yao has played in same team many years, but the team itself is not necessary same. Perhaps many players have come and gone. Perhaps Yao has not played all his Houston career under Rick, I don´t know. Perhaps he likes Houston, perhaps no.
