Has she had the interview yet?
I think this is the only time that they review her documents...she has to physically be seen with her documents before they will require more.And this is only done AT the interview.
I know this is hard waiting, and anticipating....I know this...you get real impatient right now, I also am waiting for our interview date right now with my 2nd go round. (1st one didn't work out 3 years ago)..So many of these girls don't follow the direction you have instructed them to follow...they often listen to others friends, who advise them...but usually they advise them with overkill information, so I doubt this is the problem.   I think you are wasting your money with a so-called attorney or visa counsler...what other info does she say that they want?....If she has had her interview, and they are requesting more info, then it's either what I stated in top this letter...or they just don't believe her that the relationship is valid.
I know that if She is using a Marriage Finder type service there, it complicates the process.
Sorry if any this information does not apply to you...I am after all just offering possibilities for the reasons as I know them....If they don't apply to your situation, then I suggest just doing what they ask for...you being there is a big plus...you can affect her interview by registering for their support class before her interview...I think it's onle an hour or so...
