They don't usually screw around with you like that, unless there has been some information excluded ...or unless they are not convinced the relationship is genuine..they can judge that on several things...1-the information you or she provided left something out..or they have found something in yours or her history that didn't jive.

Are either one of you using a Marriage broker?....this complicates things quite a bit, and much other documentation is necessary.

Did you register to take the visa counseling little clinic there at the Embassy before her interview?
This gives more credibility to her application, and they they will recognize your support for her. This is just a part day class thing held once a week or poss. twice..they will validate you, and enter this on her interview qualifications.

I think you are wasting your money with an attorney..or a consultant...they promise alot, even offer part refund if unsuccessful...but prepare if you have everything in order, that's all you can do, and that's all they ask for.

I know it's tuff...I'm waiting for our interview appointment right now...we havn't heard from the Consulate yet.   I'm still in usa, but will plan to accompany her to the interview when it does get schedueled,
