It's true, you can bypass the Z visa and get right to the residence permit, but if they organization "can't get the documents together in time" to issue the stupid form, then they're not going to be able to do that either.

I know, I know, I know, so and so promised you this, that, and the other thing, so you won't believe me...and then when you get here, it's your funeral.

Just remember....if your organization has not provided you with the necessary (and extremely simple) documents before you arrive, they absolutely will not be doing so once you've gotten here.  And don't preach about how you have a contract....once you've started working for them (while they are "processing your visa", you've broken the law, and if you take them to court...your illegal employment will get you deported.[/quote]
