 You need to place the order, know how many CBM they are togather, what is the KG , most of the shipping company do not make any packing list and invoice . You /your agent have to make them . Receive the orders in the warehouse,You need to check them if they bring you the correct oders with no mistakes .  Then agent  need to ship them, then need to send you the original douments for your clearing agent . They are B/L , invoice and packing list . The freight forwarder only ships whatever you give them .    Also because the market is huge ,so finding the exact item in short time is not that easy when you have differnt kind of stuff . 
 I am not telling you you need assistance becuase I am one professinal assistance here in YIwu  but I am sure you have no experience for purchasing ,shipping and importing .   I hope I can make your trip easier ,fruitful and time -saving.
