Pizza originally, after the addition of tomatoes and cheese, started with cheese and ended with tomatoes, and or sauce. Who makes pizza like that still? I'm certain some do so are they the inventors? Inventors of something other than what most people refer to as pizza.[mood15]

And as for those whom like the term American; America is a big place with many countries. Could you narrow down who it is your talking about. Or do "Europeans" refer to a 500 year old map of the world still?
