One of the reason that western men want a Chinese wife is feminism. This is a mistake in my opinion. Chinese wives can be extremely controlling, bossy, and relentless. 
In general the young generation who was born as a single child of a family is not submissive nor feminism. Those who look for such a wife should look elsewhere in east europe or south east asia. People in many such places speak perfect english so it is much easier to find love for guys from USA, Canada, Australia etc.[/quote]
