Yes, it is because of the bad ethics of these people, not because of the system. The system provides enough education, cheap info, and so on. If you want to study how to be good and how to satisfy your clients - you can do it. But they are often uneducated or low educated or/and heartless people, so...sometimes the system destroy them, it is natural.

Why? Because of the low self-education of the workers. If they read more books about the law, the constitution, the political structures, etc., they will be not easy sheep for some of these big bad wolves. AND IN THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES THE BOSSES CAN NOT BE BAD, BECAUSE THERE THE REAL BIG BOSSES ARE DOING WHAT THEY LIKE TO DO. FOR EXAMPLE THEY CAN DECIDE TO LEGALIZE THE NARCOTICS - AND THEY DO IT...

  Well, everywhere we can meet good Chinese. In small cities I met greedy taxi-drivers and in megapolises as Shanghai I met good taxi-drivers. BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT WHEN THEY THINK I AM A FOREIGNER THE PRICES ARE doble or tripple! When  they think that I am a "Xinjiang ren" the prices are almost normal.[/quote]
