May be it will be possible if I am living in a country where to shot is "normal". But I am living in a normal country, where to shot is not normal and it is priority only of the authrized institutions.

 If it is because of I said that workers are low self-educated and the bosses are low educated - I WILL EXPLAIN :

-The bosses lack of education is in MORAL, PSYCHOLOGY, etc.
-The workers lack of education is in LAW.

If someone still do not understand I will give you a rude example:

-A boss is low educated and he have now idea that the worker have some needs - to love, to rest, to enjoy something...For him the worker is just a machine...
-The worker is low educated and he have no idea, that the law provide him a lot of possibilities to MAKE THE BOSS KNOW that he/she is a PERSON.
